RETURN POLICY

  • “You don’t like it – it’s on us” Policy. We can help you to exchange your purchase.
  • Contact us to process your return.
  • All items purchased from goodblokebrand.com may be returned unless the item is marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
  • Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of payment or a gift card (gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law).
  • Please note, we reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities to anyone we believe may be purchasing items for resale. Sales to anyone management believes to be a reseller or bulk purchaser are final, and no exchanges or returns will be granted.

REFUNDS

  • All refunds are subject to approval and will be refunded to your original form of payment excluding shipping and handling costs.
  • Refunds for orders purchased with Gift Cards will be issued as a Store Credit to an appropriate online account. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
  • To receive a refund to the original form of payment, the purchaser must return the item by mail after the return was approved and confirmed by email.
  • Shipping cost is not refundable.

NOTE: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
